I absolutely LOVE there sauce. The food and customer service keeps me coming back!

Went to weatherly to visit a friend. I was hungry. So we came here . I got to say the pizza is better then allot of places in NY . And I used to own a pizzeria . Food is good . Staff is friendly . And good prices . What else do you need?

The best pie in carbon county hands down.
Have had both the regular cheese ( see pic ) and the Sicilian. Both are great. The only place in Weatherly and surrounding areas that gets our business for Italian goodies.
Don't change a thing. Great food made by great and family friendly people.

When my wife and I walked in it appeared to be like many other small, pleasant, well-kept Italian and Pizza restaurants. But little did we know that we had walked into something very special. This is a family run business and the first thing we noticed is that they treated us like family and made us feel right at home. I love manicotti and my experience is that many Italian restaurants do not serve it, and if they do, it is usually hum drum. I was in the mood for it and thought I would risk a try here. MAMA MIA, am I glad I did; I can only describe it as being exceptional. My Italian wife ordered Lasagna and pronounced it the best she ever had. High praise, indeed, as she always said that her grandmother and mother made the best.

Did I mention the crusty and delicious bread they served us? It is made fresh every few hours, they use it for subs and hoagies as well. In fact, what makes this place outstanding is that everything is prepared fresh with high quality ingredients and with unique sauces and fillings. We’ve tried their pizzas and subs as well, all are enjoyable. G&E has become our go to place for Italian food. The menu offers a nice selection, especially for a small restaurant, the prices are extremely reasonable and the servings are generous. If you like great Italian food, you will find it here. I can’t recommend this restaurant more highly.
