(May 27, 2019, 2:35 pm)We ate dinner at the Governor's pub twice during our stay in Bellefonte. We enjoyed the patio, and the drink and food selection was great.
Special mention for the sticky toffee pudding which we recommend! -

(May 6, 2019, 12:19 am)This place is fantastic! It has the perfect mix of home-cooked, seafood, vegetarian, and steak dinners. The food is all made in house as are the desserts! A wonderful restaurant with a great vibe for family, friends, and even taking out your 90 y.o. grandparents like we did. The service is outstanding as well.

(March 16, 2019, 4:44 pm)Ordered Chicken and Chips, was so delicious. It was fresh chicken hand dipped in an original batter and breading, fresh cut fries and cole slaw. A homemade version of a menu staple. The lemonade was as tasty, made of real lemons not flavored powders. Staff was excellent, very friendly, well trained and knowledgeable of the menu. Highly recommend stopping in to see for yourself.
