Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life.

The owners are husband and wife and really bring a homey feel to their food, atmosphere, and the general restaurant itself. This was my first time ordering and they made me feel like we’ve known eachother for years. Consistently checked on me if I needed anything else and desert.

Lots of bang for your buck. I ordered the fried chicken meal. Got a lot of mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, 3 breaded chicken breasts and corn bread for $13.99. Chicken breast was moist and juicy and the breading was awesome.

I loved my experience here. The owners are amazing and go out of their way for great customer service.

I got ribs and pulled pork to go. Only complaint is it was in Styrofoam containers rather than something more sustainable like foil. Tasty food and quick service otherwise.

Best BBQ joint in State College! I highly recommend trying the baby back ribs or their smokehouse burger with a side of their golden fries. Such friendly staff and great food. This is our go-to when we want to go out!

I live across the street and have somehow never been here. The staff is really personable and friendly. The food is awesome too. I had a beef brisket fajita, my mom had ribs, my girlfriend had the big beef sandwich and they were all really good. Really recommend this place to anyone. Some of the best BBQ I've had in a long time.

This place is still great. Best BBQ in state college no doubt. If you're thinking of coming here, just do it.

Andrea & Glenn crushed catering our wedding on 4/22/2017 at McCann School of Art. We visited about 6 months ago to try the menu and down-selecting our final menu was challenging because everything was incredible. Every guest commented on the moist cornbread, tender brisket, and juicy shrimp. The food was cooked to perfection. Moreover, Andrea & Glenn offer the personal feel as they run the entire catering show … prep, cook, and serve. Hog Fathers will always be my #1 BBQ choice!
