(February 28, 2019, 11:55 pm)We love eating-in at this location, however, every time we order rapid pickup it is wrong or missing something. I have tried calling and talking to a manager multiple times but no one ever picks up. So, I called back and dialed the option to place a new order and let the employee know what happened, very nice girl &they are correcting the part of the order that was wrong so that I can go back and pick that up. Not a huge deal but defeats the purpose of "rapid pickup", so I will definitely get takeout from other establishment from now on and stick to eating in at this Panera.

(January 22, 2019, 3:27 pm)I ordered on-line for a rapid pick up. It was ready and waiting when I arrived. When I got to my meeting I realized that an item that was ordered had been forgotten. I called the store to let them know and they personally delivered it to my business meeting. Totally impressed with the outstanding customer service! Thanks you so much!!
