Great service and the food was fantastic! I am definitely coming here again. Highly recommended!

What can I say..I love Chipotle. Chipotle has been and always will be a go to option when it comes to pondering about what to eat for lunch. I knocked off a star because of how some employees have served the food. It is such an eyesore to see a server to put back/transfer back to the tray from the plate after pouring some. It makes me wonder if there is any type of interrelation between the serving size and the salary. Comment please if you know. I hope they don't assume that I don't eat much because of my petite size.

Update: There are loads of changes in staff and their attitude. Now they are more friendly and engaging. Food portion sizes now matches other did chains. Much improved over the 3* review from two years ago.

Just like any other Chipotle, they look the same on the outside but the portion size is half or less than what you would get at any other Chipotle location. I have emailed the headquarters and they claim they have standardized the scoop to match calorie values, offered me a free burrito because I complained (did not take that offer). There are other burrito places in direct competition with them with similar offerings, sometimes better value for money. It's in the news (Google it) that all their employees quit because they were treated in "near sweatshop" like conditions. With such low standards at this location, I think the management needs a refresher course in customer service & satisfaction and treating fellow employees with dignity.

Pretty standard chipotle chain. It can get really busy on evenings when PSU is in session. It definitely pays to use the app and order ahead just in case they have a line out the door.
