    I love the food here ...specially the lunch special all you can eat buffet

    Having eaten at Osaka a great number of times the food has always been of excellent quality and the pricing very reasonable. Although the service has been a little hit or miss for the most part it has been excellent. The prime location of this restaurant makes it an excellent choice for a Penn State student to eat out.
