The vegan and vegetarian menu items are great. Atmosphere is relaxed and eclectic. Events at night. And of course, there are books, but it's more about the food, drinks, and vibe of the place.

The best place in State College.
This is the perfect little used bookstore slash coffee shop, with all the character and small town feel you could ask for. They have tons of fascinating books on topics you didn't even know existed, vinyl records, and a real coffee shop full of unique decor and interesting people.

A wonderful experience to discover this basement library treasure for Sunday Brunch. The whole concept is eclectic and a slice of heaven for budding artists, coffee clutch atmosphere, buffets and original menu items. Good prices for a college town during the summer season.
the only complaints I have is the staff seems to have trouble getting the specific order requests straight and they are not using best food practices when preparing food. Hair nets would be useful.

Like walking into every little bookshop you've ever seen in a movie. Piles of books, hardwood everything, little coffee shop with students huddled over their work. Very nice place to just grab a coffee and browse. I've found some very esoteric works here, you never know what will pop up in a used bookstore in a college town!

Webster’s is my favorite place to be in State College! Delicious food, tea and coffee in a warm, welcoming place. Great place to meet up w friends or get work done! Or buy a fun book or record! Elaine, Webster’s owner, does an awesome job of welcoming all! This has also become a great venue for live music, actual dancing, Nerd Nite, and readings and performances by local authors & artists! Check out the Sunday brunch w an extravagant vegan buffet and live music Sundays 10-2, music starts at noon :).
