Wayback Burgers

The place is clean and presentable, the food is great, but the staff needs some attention. All the employees there seem to hate working there because their performance is incredibly below average. The cashier who took our order put in the bare minimum. Looked over the receipt and saw under the milkshake “No Whipped Cream” but she didn’t even ask if I wanted some! She also accidentally gave us two orders of onion rings instead of one and one order of fries. Kinda infuriating when onion rings cost more than fries. Simple fix would be to repeat the order back to me before closing the order. And not roll your eyes at me while you’re doing it. Smh. Plus the food took forever to come out to us and we came BEFORE the lunch rush. One customer was there when we walked in, they had already ordered and were waiting for their food. How hard is it to provide a good experience at Wayback? It ain’t hard!
