Best steaks for the best price anywhere. The rolls and cinnamon butter are the best. Never had a bad meal at one.
Always a great time here. Hurricane rita with sugar is a good sweet drink, you can get an extra shot of 1800 too. I love the rattlesnake bites as an appetizer which is like jalapeno cheese poppers. They provide buttery sweet rolls with the best cinnamon butter, and peanuts that you can shell and eat while you are talking. I usually get the bacon green beans, and loaded mashed potatos, for my side, and for the entree, ribs and sirloin. The other steaks are top notch. They play country rock music and sometimes the staff sing and dance, which is the best. They have specials on some nights, including student discounts, and good service. You can call ahead for faster seating for busy nights. For your birthday they bring out a horse saddle and birthday person gets to ride for a quick song. Overall a recurring family favorite and great service and food every time.
I love Texas Roadhouse, but I had an unpleasant time this past time. The food was amazing, but I had left a cash tip and was also charged for a tip on my card as well for the same amount. I did call and management was quickly able to fix this while being very friendly but what if I had not caught it on my statement? I would have been charged double for tip. Never have problems, probably just a mistake but I will always watch going forward.
Really like this steakhouse. For a great flavor treat, try one of their chicken strips in a fresh bun with butter. Darn good for a steak place. Never disappointed here, better than places with big horns or Aussies... didn't care for those places.
I took my family to this Texas Roadhouse for lunch today. The server was prompt to get our drinks, polite, and professional. The wait time for our food was about 15 minutes which is reasonable. I requested a medium rare steak and the server requested that I checked the steak to see if it was to my satisfaction when it arrived at the table. The steak was cooked slightly longer than it should have been and the server insisted on getting me another one which was courteous of her. Even with the minor error of slightly overcooking the steak, I'm still going to give the restaurant five stars because their politeness and professionalism more than made up for the steak which still appeared juicy even though it was slightly overcooked and let's face it, there's no such thing as a perfect world, everybody makes mistakes sometimes. The steak they brought me as a replacement was spectacular. I thought so much of it that I attached a picture. Very juicy and full of flavor!
