Spring Hollow Bar & Grille

Great food with great views. We ate inside though as it was very windy. We started with zucchini fries and onion rings for apps. I must say they were both excellent and the onion rings are definitely some of the best I ever had. For main courses, I had the shrimp and grits with collard greens and my husband had the chicken and waffles. Chef Favacchia's Shrimp and Grits with Tasso ham lobster sauce and Manchego Cheese grits makes this dish simply delectable. The cheesy, smokey and creamy combinatin works so well together. Oh and did I mention it is delicious. The Belgian waffle and fried chicken were both cooked to perfection and there was not a trace of the spicy maple syrup left on my husband's plate he cleaned it 🥰

I really wanted to try the dessert ~ funnel cake fries and homemade bread pudding sounded amazing. I'm not really sure what else was on their dessert menu but we were so full from dinner I didn't do much but glance at it. I'm thinking next time instead of apps I'm saving room for the dessert. 😊🤗😊

My buddy and I just discovered this little gem tucked away on the Spring Hollow golf course. It's an inviting bar and dining room with friendly staff and good food and drinks. Open to the public.
