Firehouse Subs

First time trying their subs it was really good

Can't say enough about this place. Absolutely love it. Staci, the lady who took our order, was so nice. Firehouse is lucky to have her!!

I love the subs!!! My go to is The Hook & Ladder! However I would not recommend ordering ahead. I had an experience tonight where I ordered well in advance (1/2 hour) and when I arrived (on time) 3 people were ordering at the counter so I stood at the appropriate spot where a sign indicated "online pick up". Two people were behind the counter, 1 taking orders and 1 making subs. They both saw me standing there but neither approached or spoke to me. Thinking that the one making the subs was still making my order in addition to the counter orders I waited. 10 minutes later after the counter orders were complete the "sub maker" took off his gloves and went into the back room. Finally the order person looked my way and I asked her if she had an online order ready. She said yes and gave me the prepared order which was sitting on the back counter (perhaps on a warmer/toaster of some sort). I only live 4 minutes away and by the time I got home they were only slightly warm in the center. Again I love the subs but I think from now on I will order when I get there.

They have the tastiest most juicy Hoagies of any place I've been to. The people that work there are particularly nice and helpful. I'd go more if it were closer

The employees are awesome. And the sandwiches are always so tasty and packed with meat, cheeses and flavor. Keep up the awesome job. I love going there.
