Top notch burgers cooked to order and this location always does a good job.

Other people have noted it before, but the service can be a bit slow. I went in after the dinner rush on a weeknight and was one of three customers in the whole store, yet it took a couple of minutes before the staff took my order.

That said, the food is very good. Sometimes the presentation can be a bit off (once my fries were sitting in a pool of olive oil, making them difficult to eat), but nonetheless it still tasted good.

We love coming here. Burgers are excellent. No crazy toppings or mixes just really good food. Love their classic egg buns. My mom always orders their salted caramel shake and there smash fries are just awesome. About my only really complaint is that are often out of their cream soda which I love in a frosted mug.

Food was decent and I think the reward program is very good. However, the service was slow. And I'm not talking about them preparing my food. We waited about 8 - 10 minutes before we could even order food despite being only ones in line. I understand they might have been short staffed but you need to take the order as soon as you can at a place like this.
