    I went at 6 (which is when they close) and a girl met me at the door saying they were closed, but she ended up giving me free pretzels anyways! I felt so bad for coming right when they were closing, but the girls positive attitudes and free pretzels were great!

    Pretzels are of course very good! Staff not at all friendly.

    Amy was a pleasure to work with under a tight deadline; she helped carry some of the pretzel boxes to my company van and was very friendly and accommodating! I know it will always be a pleasure to come back to the Avondale PPF knowing this is the level of customer service I will receive! Thank you!

    Great pretzels!!! Great people!!! Just like the original Philly Pretzel Factory location in Mayfair, my old neighborhood!!!
