Sage Mediterranean Cuisine

The service is excellent here, both with the waitstaff and the timing of each course. The food was delicious, fresh, and incredibly well-seasoned. It's BYOB, so pairing is up to you. The menu is quite extensive, but it's available online and you can explore at your leisure while dining there. It's certainly worth returning again and again.

This place was absolutely phenomenal. When we arrived, there was nobody there, and they were about to close early for the night. They specifically opened back up just for us. The waiter and a man who was presumably the owner made sure our first visit was excellent. When asked, the waiter had ample recommendations for us. We started with calamari, which was very good. The owner brought us complimentary Cesar salads, to make sure our first time was excellent. I went with a chicken parmesan, which was very well flavored with fresh herbs and a delicious tomato sauce. The pasta used butter instead of oil, which you could definitely taste, in a good way. She went with the crispy half duck, which was excellent and the cranberry sauce was to die for. The waiter and owner were extremely attentive, yet gave us plenty of space, as we were clearly on a date. Finished up with a cappuccino, which was not too sweet, but still delicious. Overall, a great place, although I would give it $$$ instead of $$, although it is on the line, depending on if you order the specials or a normal entree item. 5 star food, and 5 star service.

I have visited Sage several times..the food is always excellent but the service is sporadic..i find that if they are not busy they can provide excellent service but any time there is a crowd they appear to be understaffed..i brought a group of my friends there last night..it took 2 hrs to get our food and then when it came my dish was missing.. It was totally forgotten..to make matters worse nothing was done to compensate..it appeared there was only one waiter for the entire dining room..i suggest you get more staff..i like the food so i may give it another try..not sure

Food was very, very good. Service was amazing. Not very busy for a Friday night but nothing wrong with that. Seafood jambalaya was absolutely amazing and I don't think anyone could finish that portion size. BYOB. Will certainly be back.
