Our Deli & Meats Restaurant

This is where my love of Italian Wedding Soup all started. I was wondering in town a few years ago and ate here and much to my surprise when I came back for work I was in the area! It’s so good I ate here 2 days in a row. Courtney was my server and she was excellent! The second time I got a to go order because I was headed to the airport! You’ll not be disappointed if you eat here. Fresh food fast!

My wife had crab benedict with home fries and some coffee. The crab Benedict presented well and was perfectly cooked. The home fires were nice and crunchy on the outside but were undercooked on the inside. Portion control is the real issue. One egg with about one third of the fries would have been a proper portion size.

I had the ruben. It presented well and was properly balanced. The pickle slices were a nice accompaniment. The small bag of chips placed on the plate diminished the presentation and was not needed to be included with the order.

The atmosphere was pleasant. The place was clean and the staff were polite, prompt and spoke with clear diction and a proper cadence.

This is a nice place that we’ll come back to when we are in the area.

Had brunch there with family months ago and lunch with my mom the other day. She had tuna melt, I had cold special which was a crab salad sandwich with coleslaw and chips. Excellent! I also ordered a turkey club to go. My husband and I would order lunch from there in late 80s and food still yummy.

Driving by (for years) I always thought it was a meat store or sold take out. Turns out it's a restaurant and it's nice, normal and very casual. They do have a meat counter so you can get cold cuts and like many nice diners a dessert display. I was glad I stopped in. Good food, resonable prices, plus cold cuts. There's parking in back.
