Black Powder Tavern

Good pub grub and beer selection. Storied location, and the tavern was founded during the revolutionary war. This makes for a unique atmosphere, as the owners do a good job of maintaining the historical ambiance.

This is a good restaurant grounded in the Valley Forge heritage. So the menu is English pub style. The food is really good and there's a nice bar as well as an nice outdoor patio.
Really awesome for lunch as they offer great specials. Brunch on Sunday is an incredible "all you can eat" buffet with discounted drink prices as well! Awesome!

Food was great. Atmosphere very comfortable. Our party was in a nice room on the second floor.

Our server Ryan was superb with helpful suggestions and great friendly service. He sold us on the Italian Burger and all 8 of us got it. Nobody was disappointed. We will be back soon with an even larger family group very soon!

Had my mom's birthday brunch here. Table was ready as soon as we got there. Everyone was nice and server was very attentive. Food was very good. Good selection of foods. Loved the Turkey meatballs. Missed pancakes.

Food was great. Service was slow, but the servers were very entertaining and made good conversation. They have a lot of variety in both drinks and food that I think anyone could enjoy.
There is an issue with parking due to its location and the lot being so tiny. This is a frustration. But I'd still recommend going.
