I like this store in particular because their customer service is truly above and beyond. The staff is kind and considerate; once a woman let me know about dairy being in an ingredient. I'm not allergic or anything but the fact that she kept it in mind meant a lot.

The staff is creative with their customer service and friendly, saying I'm "minutes away from satisfaction" after being handed a receipt waiting for my drink.

I go here often. The staff is excellent

I love this location and visit often with my family. However I’ve noticed recently within the past few weeks my lattes have been left infilled at the top at least a quarter amount- several times. My friend also ordered a latte the other day and sent a photo of the same thing. I know it shouldn’t be full all the way, however it’s at least 5 sips worth. For the price we pay, I expect my cup to be full. I hope this is corrected soon or I might just go to another location.

normal Starbucks atmosphere and overpriced delicious coffee my biggest issue is that you risk your life using this parking lot every time
