    Staff very friendly but didnt have my favorite Rita's flavor of water ice.

    We prefer going to this location over the other in Downingtown- we are halfway between either location. The teenagers who work here are quite friendly and pleasant. I only wish there were more sugar free options- sometimes there's none at all. We like taking the kids here for a treat. The parking is ok if you don't go on an event night. Otherwise, it's hard to find parking.

    A real plus to have Rita's within walking distance. Great water ice, great service.
