Average Chinese food place. Some other places are better, some others are worse. I would not recommend the hot and sour soup. The broth was so thick a spoon stood up in it, and had little taste. We threw it out. The egg rolls were good and so were the other items.

The food was delicious. The service was great. The atmosphere was relaxing.

TLDR: get the vegan chicken with broccoli and come during their lunch special. This place probably deserves 3 stars, but I’m giving an extra star because it’s one of the few places in the area that serves a variety of vegan options. With that said, some of the options are practically inedible. Don’t get me wrong. I love the vegan chicken with broccoli. I love the vegan ham with mixed vegetables. I eat there regularly because the food is reasonably priced and I honestly love these 2 dishes—dream about them. However, I’ve ordered I think it was the sweet and sour vegan chicken and we had to throw that out it was so bad. I’ve had several soggy spring rolls there. I saw a one star review about child labor. In my experience, it’s more like: the owner’s 12 year old or so son looks up from his homework and takes pity on you since you’ve been waiting for someone to bring the check. The service isn’t the most attentive but I like that they let you stay as long as you want and the staff is very nice. Also the AC isn’t great.

I enjoy coming here. The service and food is worth the very reasonable prices they charge. I hope they stick around for a long time!

Used to be great. This time not so much. Food did not live up to what it's usually like. Maybe it was because it was busy.
