I love KFC and Taco Bell their food is amazing. At this store though they are a bunch of lazy employees at night time. Wasn't happy with the customer service at all.

Was waiting on an oil change next door, decided to grab lunch today. Everyone inside was more than friendly. I tried food from Taco Bell and kfc. All food was excellent and staff even checked on me to make sure I wasn’t waiting on any food, I’ve never experienced service like this at any fast food place. Big shout out to Rasheed and the other man in striped shirt up selling orders.

Food is always good but the slowest service ever. Cant keep up even where there is no rush. In the place now. Took 25 minutes just to order food. Now going to be another 10 or 15 for it to come out.

This location has split personalities. I've had both fresh and excellent meals with expedient friendly service. I've also had inexplicably horrible service with absurd wait times missing items and cold food. Those running the evening shifts don't seem to value customer service, food quality or a sense of urgency. I have waited in a three car line for over 30 minutes to get cold and incorrect food. Soooo great lunch spot horrible dinner spot.

Four stars for fried chicken. Zero stars for smooth service. Add back some stars because a visit to this KFC is always an adventure, good or bad. I don't even mind waiting 20 minutes in the drive through because I get to see the craziest stuff each time! Some customer or worker is bound to make my day more exciting.
