Rai Rai Ramen & Hawaiian BBQ - West Chester

Overall we enjoyed our experience. The menu was a little overwhelming since this was our first time. Really liked the BBQ chicken, would probably try a different Ramen. Our original server wasn't very friendly, but the two servers who brought our food and check were wonderful.

First place I’ve ever tried ramen and it didn’t disappoint! The food was fantastic and I left feeling super full and satisfied. The service was quick and the server made sure we had everything we needed to have an enjoyable meal. The bathrooms were clean. I loved the atmosphere and we didn’t feel rushed at all and got to stay and talk after enjoying our meal. I absolutely recommend this place if you want a good bowl of ramen!

I had Hot & Spicy seafood. They will explain differences. HUGE bowl. I can eat sushi with chopsticks but I needed a fork for ramen noodles, provided upon request. Exotic spices. Good male waiters.

We ate here on a Saturday night. First, I'll start by saying don't expect a lot in terms of ambiance. It's a wide open space with a bunch of tables and chairs and fluorescent lighting. That being said, the food makes up for this. We've had amazing mixed plates in Hawaii before and the food here was equally as good. We ordered the garlic shrimp (excellent), the BBQ mixed plate (excellent) and mini shoyu combo (very good). Word to the wise - the bubble tea is prepackaged so keep that in mind when ordering. Overall, I would recommend this place to friends and family.

I was greeted and seated as soon as I entered the establishment. The gentleman that served me was very nice and personable. I told him I’d never been there before. He sat down and answered all of my questions. When I told him what I wanted (2 different entrees to try a couple of things) he suggested that the one entree would be enough for me. I appreciated that. He made me feel it wasn’t just about me spending as much money as possible. I still order 2 entrees. He did come by a couple of times to check on me and held a brief conversation with me. I definitely recommend this restaurant. Oh! The food was delish! Two thumbs up!
