Gryphon Cafe

The best cafe in West Chester, and a wonderful cafe anywhere! Homemade chai is delicious, and they have Oatly oat milk! Avocado toast was delicious. Pastries and soups also looked very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Gorgeous space, too. Can't wait to come back!

Great atmosphere to hang out for 30 minutes or 3 hours, depending on your reason for a visit. The drinks are averagely priced, if not slightly on the expensive end and the food is the same. The environment is very bright, modern and clean. I have gotten both coffee and tea from here and both have been good. The decor is simple but artwork done by a local street artist (@cassiusking) is featured.

The cafe has a great sunny ambiance and delicious food. I strongly recommend the fig jam and Camembert toast. There are plenty of great options though

Hot chocolate and coffee were good and hot, but we've definitely had richer and more flavorful beverages. The pastries were very good and the staff was extremely friendly. They greeted us, explained options, and were timely in getting our order in ... but we did have quite a wait to get some drinks and an even longer wait for the toasted bagels. It's a cute little place with a fun and relaxed environment. Its probably worth another visit.

so excited to have this coffee shop in town! ive resisted frequenting the starbucks, but always thought we could use a nice, locally owned coffee shop. this is the perfect place to get work done, get a quick bite or drink, and hang out. amazing interior, service wonderful, and amazing food and drinks!
