Applebee's Grill + Bar

As expected. Fair food rating but honestly we only had appetizers. But that was part of the problem. They took forever to come out. So that brings up the service.she was very nice and maybe busy. We could have used mote interactions. Biy we had good company so weren't overly concerned. If you want to avoid the crowds in town its not a bad place to hit.

Pretty good food in store. The takeout isnt as good. Food gets very soggy quick

I went to applebee's for lunch today much like any other time i went however today my service was exceptional. A gentleman by the name of Brian waited on me, tall African American male. He was very polite and kind. I enjoyed my meal, it was prompt and delicious and brian was very fast with the delivery.

I'm so thankful for the exceptional and patient staff at this West Chester location. I tend to order Applebee's when I'm having a very rough day, and today was one of those days. I have Oral Allergy Syndrome and tend to have issues with tomatoes and other veggies, I ordered pasta that typically comes with bruschetta mix and asked for both my pastas without it. A mistake was made and the bruschetta was left on which meant I couldn't eat the pasta, so I called to make sure they knew to be careful in the future and was just prepared to feed it to my roommates and call it a night with some cereal. The awesome manager offered to make new ones or send me a gift card though, and I opted to pick up a new order of pasta. The pasta was delicious and definitely added the comfort I needed in my day. To top it off, the manager also gave me coupons. I will definitely be sticking with Applebee's as my comfort food of choice. Thank you for the great service!
