The pretzels speak for themselves - great Philly soft pretzels as you would expect. It is the customer service that I would like to commend. The owner is welcoming, friendly, and is genuinely appreciative of his customers - and that trickles through all of the employees there. Has the feel of a friendly corner store where the employees are genuinely happy to see you - the kind of place that draws you back even if you aren't in the mood for pretzels! Good people = good business!

I don't usually go to these places, but our school was having a graduation reception and ordered six trays of rivets. The service was speedy, and the owner, Jim, took time to introduce himself. He even gave me a free pretzel! I know that this is a chain, but I liked the local small business feel. The smells of fresh pretzels were incredible -- we will be back for sure.

Love this place. Pretzels are perfect, dipping sauce variety is insane, it's super cheap, and they get you out the door super fast. Can't go wrong with a bag of hot pretzels and one of those pretzel wrapped hot dogs. Like $6 and you don't need to eat for two days and the people there are always nice. If you don't much money you can eat a bunch here and if you got a bunch of money you should eat here and save your cash. It's a win win.
