Consistently amazing food. People who think the wait is long probably don't stick around to watch them make the food from scratch right in front of you. It's not fast food, it's good food. Even still the speed at which they prepare it is phenomenal for the quality you get. Price is average for mall good, exceptional for the quality and amount you recieve. On the busiest days it's at most a 5 minute wait to order and a 20 minute wait to receive your meal. The order takers have a pretty thick accent but the questions they ask are always the same:
White rice or fried rice?
Vegetables or no vegetables?
Do you want an egg roll?
Do you want a drink?

As a cook , i am very cautious of the places were i choose to eat . I PROMISE YOU!!! when i say that sarku japan's food is AMAZINGGG i really mean it.everytime i am near the exton area i always stop to grab the ever so delicious chicken and shrimp combo platter with rice and vegetables ✔???? i really dont know what I'd do if these guys shut down lol

Okay food and the longest wait ever without any customers.. Constant up selling and slow service
