(February 10, 2019, 12:36 am)My husband and I have heard great things from family members and friends so when in town on a visit from Pittsburgh we decided to try dinner there. Very pleased, food was perfectly prepared and delicious, and the staff very attentive, friendly and service was wonderful. The Nelson House will definitely be our place for dinner when in town!

(January 19, 2019, 5:45 pm)Delicious food, one of a kind atmosphere, and nice staff. Only drawback (small drawback) was the wait time, roughly 30+ for an appetizer and over an hour for our entrees (table of 2). The time did allow us to converse and enjoy a night out.
Enjoy this locale on an evening when you have a bit of time, not on an evening when you have a timeline.
All in all, will be returning!
Recommend reservations!
