Food was pretty good! Finally got my Quesabirria tacos. 😊

    Update 5/8/24
I wanted to update since I’ve been going here for awhile now, The food in my opinion has gotten even better, the service I’ve never had a problem with. I don’t know if you go at a different day or time you might have a different experience but luckily I’ve always had a good dining experience. I think it’s a wonderful addition to our town.

We visited the restaurant on Wed evening around 8-8:30 pm. It was not very busy. We were seated pretty quickly and our waiter was over in about 5-7 minutes for our drink order. We were ready to order by then so we did. We ordered one of the $45 platters with 10 hard tacos, 10 soft tacos, beans and rice. Food was good, especially the corn tortilla chicken tacos. Steak tacos were a little skimpy, but my husband and son enjoyed them. Veggie combination is weird and it would have been perfectly fine with just some limes. Beans were different, but alright. Rice is basic. My husband had a large strawberry margarita, it was a little pricey. Like $16-17 for one. Had I known, we would have skipped that. Chips and salsa were decent. There is an extra charge if you use a card, but I used cash so my bill was a little cheaper at checkout. The atmosphere was nice and pretty clean. The waiter did a great job! We are from OH and passing through to NJ.

Our family moved from Tucson not long ago, so we were waiting for this restaurant to open.

Our foodie selves finally made the trip in today. There was only one other table when we came in, so we took our time.

The atmosphere was new. So clean and pristine are the best things to describe the restaurant.

The menu is pretty large. They did their best to include the classics as well as their twist on the the fancier side of this cuisine.

We ordered some soft and some crunchy items. The soft items were great. The crunchy items were off the mark- the ground beef was too wet and soaked through, making the tacos and even the tostada soggy and unmanageable.

I was impressed that Tomales were on the menu, I didn't ask details about the options, but I know my family members will be trying them soon.

    Appreciated the bottled soda.

Opening week, so it was jam packed for our area. Had a long wait time for food, but with it being that busy and that new, it was totally fine. Worth the wait. Tastes authentic, and everything was delicious. The margaritas are well-balanced on their sweet/sour scale, and are honestly dangerous because you dont taste any alcohol.

I will definitely return and update this review depending on that visit, when they arent so astronomically busy.

The atmosphere is fairly basic and tries to be modern, but gives off a weird clash when combined with the "classical" mexican music.
In this post you can find what i ate on this visit. I will also upload the menu. ^^
