Station 101 Pub & Kitchen

My first impression was the place needed a good through cleaning and there was a strange smell on the air... but... The food is impressive... we stopped in for lunch. The flavor and presentation were both excellent. The staff were courteous and friendly. I will be stopping here again.

Coming off the highway, there was only signs for fast food, but I had hope for finding real food. This gem fulfilled all of my expectations a stone's throw away from the exit. The burger and fries were excellent and if I hadn't been driving, I would have dug deep into the craft beer on tap. The waitress was also friendly and courteous.

The food was excellent. Lime chicken soup was outstanding. Similar to a gumbo in flavor and spice only made with chicken. Apparently their home made soups are always well received and interesting. My wife had a lamb dish that was different and tasty. Aioli sauce was spicier than her likes....I didn't try it. I had prime rib... very good and a decent portion size. Lunch for tomorrow! My son had the pulled pork sandwich and fries and said they were very good. Service was good. Hostess got us drinks while the waiter was busy with other patrons. My wife said the desserts were humongous although I never got to look at them!
Would gladly go here again!!

We stopped here on a cross country trip and were impressed enough to want to write a review - it takes time to do of course so it was worth it. We road trip a lot so for as close to the highway and unassuming as the place is, it’s quite an oasis. The food was awesome, service was perfect (thanks Abby!) and I would totally recommend it to anyone who is stopping for dinner on the road. Prices were super fair too. Thanks!
