    Great Food For Sure! Catered more toward Takeout and Delivery, However they do have a Pretty Nice Smaller Dining area that you can sit an eat. No waitstaff, Grab a menu an place your order than have a seat. Employee's are very Helpful. Front door is wheelchair accessible witch is a big plus as you cant find many places that are unless it's a big chain company. Good Real Chinese Food!

    Always the best Chinese food in town. Skip the buffet places, and order food from here instead. It's always hot and fresh, the egg rolls are better than any I've had from Williamport to Statecollege!

    Shanghai is a standard American Chinese restaurant. The food was tasty and inexpensive. It's great for carry out.
