Restless Oaks Restaurant

We were the only ones here late in the afternoon, so we didn't know what to expect. But the food was excellent. No alcohol though. Not tons of Veggie options either.

Friendly waitress and amazingly kitsch decor with lots of odd woodworking and carvings for sale. A nice little slice of Americana.

Great meal and very good service. I even met the owners. They are doing a great job. I have Never been disappointed at this restaurant.

Had the grilled chicken chef salad. Chicken was very good. Salad was very plain. A little cheese, couple of tomatoes, not much else. It does come with croutons that I didn't get. There were several options for fat free dressings and that was a pleasant surprise. (Italian, French, vinegar and a low fat vinegrette.) Medium sized salad and unsweetened tea came to 12.40. seems a bit pricey. Service was good and fireplace was very welcome on this chilly day. Had a wonderful atmosphere for visiting with a new friend.

A rustic, homey atmosphere with good food. Memorabilia of days past. Prices were reasonable. Staff was pleasant and courteous. Also had a gift shop attached with several wood carvings and porch swings available for purchase. Truly enjoyed our meal and surroundings. Will definitely be returning.
