Dutch Treat Restaurant

Dutch Treat has a very nice place to eat. The kids enjoy all the beautiful taxidermy animals. The food is tasty and the pies are to die for. I highly recommend going here. Plus the hiking trail is right outside if you feel the need to walk off your dinner!!

Good food, okay prices. The best part is the scenery outside the restaurant. There is a large wooden walking bridge overlooking a spacious Sparty pond, a lovely flower garden, different types of water fowl swimming and grazing on the duck weed, and a very nice hiking/biking trail nearby. This is a good place to take people from out of the area, because it is a good representation of the finer parts of rural Pennsylvania, as you are very likely to see the world renowned Amish and their lovely horse drawn buggies.

Great service. Every year my family goes in on our summer vacation to the neighboring town. We eat at Dutch Treat once or twice and they don't have all the items on the menu. They don't sell bumper stickers. They bathroom is not so clean. Other than these three things I absolutely love the Dutch Treat. Food is fresh. Great taste. Cooked well. Good portion. Good selection. Pricing is great. Great service. Friendly.

Great Lunch! Excellent Service! We stopped in route and were pleasantly surprised. The food was very good. Homemade biscuits. Farm fresh vegetables. Will definitely be stopping by again.

The food is very good and very reasonably priced. Also my wife loves the shop that they have there. Every time we eat there we always stop and visit their store upstairs.
