Tavern on the Hill is a hidden gem in the area. I went during the Christmas season and had wanted to get back ever since. Well today was the day.
As I remember it was fantastic! By far the best food in the area.
I got the shrimp and scallops appetizer and it was out of this world.
My entree was the blackened prime rib, again delicious, my wife had the filet mignon and it also was great.
The wait staff was attentive and informative.
The restaurant is on the expensive side but well worth it.
They have a bar and out door seating. Plenty of parking and very clean. Handicapped accessible.
The only downside is the restaurant is dated in its decor.
I would suggest they advertised some to bring more people in here.
A must try place.
We were celebrating our 45th anniversary. It had been quite a few years since we had been here and we're so glad we went back. My husband had prime rib that was done perfectly and literally covered the plate. My broiled crab cakes were the best I have ever had. They were kind enough to comp our Neapolitan cake for dessert and it was delicious. We couldn't have been happier with our meal and Vicki gave us outstanding service. I can't wait to go back.
Very nice. Food was good, hot and plentiful. Service was very good and pleasant. Steak next time.
We got married on the patio. The food and service was outstanding. We were just there again for mother's day. Superb in every way. Amanda ran our wedding and mother's day, she is just outstanding!!!
Great experience, the service was great, the food was good, and the dessert was a great top off. There was enough to take some home. The dessert was too good to take home. Baklava cheesecake!!! It was delicioso!!
