They do a great job and try hard to please customers. Food and Pho is good.

My family and I came to eat here and enjoyed it very much.
The soup was savory as one would expect pho to be. They had sauces you could add to your broth to how you would like it.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was a bit strange. It is try to be upscale casual, but it’s missing its marks some with decor. It felt like a strip mall pizza place turned into a Vietnamese restaurant. Maybe they are working on it.

I really enjoy the restaurant. Every time they've had a vegetarian option whenever I've asked (maybe 4 or 5 times), though they say sometimes they may not have it. They put so much vegetables in it and it is such a great portion. Really great food and it feels great to get the nice warm Pho soup in the winter! I eat shrimp sometimes and the shrimp in the Pho they've given me is so big and tasty. Great prices, great people working here, incredible food!

My boyfriend and I have been dining here for a few months now and today was the worst day in terms of customer service. We always order the rare beef pho and egg rolls (which are absolutely delicious! No complaints there!) But our server seemed to be bothered and unconcerned about us and made us feel awkward. Usually the bean sprouts are fresh and crunchy when served with the limes and other herbs for the soup. They came out super soggy and hot. We asked him if this how they're usually served and he just gave us a blank stare and said they were steamed and walked off. The soup tasted much different this time too, the broth was way sweeter than normal and there was a pile of onions. So really just a friendly staff environment and fresh vegetables and soup is all we ask.
