Usually 4-5 star service depending on who is working. Always 5 star with Shane. Decent food, frequent customer bonuses, most bartenders remember repeat customers.

Never had a bad experience here. Food is better than any other Fridays I've been to. There's another location near my house, but my wife and I drive 25min or so just to come here. Their ribs are particularly good.

Being part of the rewards program I often get emails with specials that others may not. One of those specials is a free dessert on your birthday that I had just received a couple weeks ago. When I heard that they were having the ribs special with a full rack for $12.99 I decided it was a good time to go and cash in on a good deal on ribs as well as my dessert for my birthday. Since I was traveling out to Harrisburg from South Jersey for work on my birthday I looked up for a location for TGI Fridays and found this one. Arriving just before noon I did not expect there to be a lot of customers in the restaurant which would thereby possibly get me a nicer seating than what other TGI Fridays have done when I've gone alone where I have been seated at a small single table without any room. I was right to assume that I would get a better table however the host tried to seat me in the bar area which seems a little odd as I would have been the only one seated in that area although I was at a better size table. A young lady came rather quickly after being seated and knowing that I wanted the rib special I didn't even have to look at the menu. Now though the big decision came up, did I want regular barbecue sauce on the ribs or did I want the whiskey glazed. Having only had two regular barbecue sauce ones in the past I decided to try the whiskey glazed and it was a good decision. When they came out they were looking just as good as I had remembered from the last time I had been to a Fridays and ordered ribs a few years ago. They came with a little cup of dipping sauce as well which was really beneficial to give the full flavor of the sauce. Since I had my dessert coming still I only ate half of the ribs which gave me a meal for the next day at home. When it came time to order the desert I had planned on just getting a brownie Obsession as they have been proven to be good previously however after the good experience with the whiskey glazed in the ribs I decided to try the Tennessee whiskey cake. When I saw the calorie amount on the menu though I thought about possibly not ordering it but I'm glad that I did since it was my birthday I figured I deserve a chance to splurge. All in all it was a very good meal, service and cleanliness to the restaurant, a place that I won't mind stopping at again when I'm in the area.

Food was good, hot but took a little longer than we expected. Not a big deal. Service was good . Facility was clean and tidy. Hostess could have used a little more enthusiasm when greeting us as we walked in. All-in-all, pleasant experience.
