McDonald's

Manager is great. If there's a problem , he makes it right. Food is hot and usually not a long wait.

Great fun with the family. Awesome service! Recommend it to everyone

Stopped in on a sudden trip thru Pennsylvania and we needed a break from driving, breakfast, and a bathroom.
My friend and I ordered first. In making our order, the man taking it (A Tuesday AM about 930am - 01/08/19) seemed to have an attitude that we were being bothersome to even make an order. Especially when I ordered my "Senior" coffee, with the cream and sugar on the side.

The restaurant was clean, but very old style furnishings, and the number of people in there as customers was very scant, maybe 5 people dining total, and an empty parking lot.

There seemed to be only 3 folks on duty working there. None of which welcomed us on entering or even making eye contact until we said we were ready to order. None of them smiled. In the back grille/sandwich prep area was a shaggy haired fellow, who seemed quite young, and not appearing to be doing much of anything.

We got our food "to go", leaving and getting back on the road. A short while later, on opening our sandwiches, it was found the meat (all our breakfast sandwiches were with sausage patties) were quite overly cooked, near burnt, and the bread on the stale side.

Needless to say, with the number of McDonald's restaurants within the Mid-Atlantic region, this McDonald's in the Carlisle, Pennsylvania area should be avoided if at all possible.
