Liberty Bar and Grill

This was our second time visiting the liberty bar and Grill first time was late at night, so we thought maybe they were just working on a skeleton crew due to being in a casino and it being late. This time we went to enjoy the prime rib dinner at $25 a serving. You should be able to have it how you like your prime rib. We were told it couldn't be done rare and had to be done medium rare. It came out well done very late. Instant mashed potatoes aren't worth the $25.
Our server Josiah was fantastic, but the kitchen was extremely slow for a restaurant that was not busy . Not sure we'll give this place a third try does seem to be active when you go in there, but everybody is waiting a long time to get service.

Service was exceptional. The food was amazing. I highly recommend the cheesesteak dumplings. It was a great experience and we will return very soon!

First of all I need to give a shout out to my waiter Nyiem, He was by far one of the best waiters i've had in a while, super friendly and helpful. I purchased the shrimp scampi, they used big shrimp which i liked, and the flavor was good. My only issue is the scamping sauce was way too thin and watery. It felt like I was eating a soup, they need to slightly thicken the sauce so it coats the pasta.
I had Creme brulee for dessert but the sugar was extremely burned so I had to send back and order to the Tiramisu. That was actually really good but they drizzled way to much chocolate on it and kinda over powered the dessert flavor.
Over all this place has a lot of potential and the proce point is great! $24 for a 3 course meal is fantastic! No comps, just paid by CC, here on busines.
