Jersey Mike's Subs

The best subs, EVER. Way more fresh than subway. The meat is cut right in front of you, no sitting around all day. Fresh veggies and fresh everything. DEFINITELY going back again!

Four star food. Five star service.
Fresh sliced meat. Tasty sandwiches. Reasonable pricing. Fast and efficient. The gluten-free bread isn't my favorite (most gluten-free breads suck as it is), but the staff are informative and well-educated on product allergens (i.e. the meatballs contain gluten).
They get five stars for the service alone.

Got the tuna mini with provolone. Tuna has the right consistency and flavor. The mini, for $5.95 is actually more of a sub-shaped sandwich than a sub. Seems a little pricey for what you get. Since they slice your meats to order, it takes a bit longer than say, Subway. Then again, it is a much higher quality sandwich. With all of the sandwich shops, pizza places and various restaurants flooding this stretch of the Carlisle Pike, this place does not stand out. Unless I was already there for other shopping, I probably wouldn't go out of my way to eat there again.

We have gotten subs from this store several times. Each time, the subs have been delicious. We have sampled both hot and cold subs. Today was our first time ordering at the counter. Very simple once we knew what we had to do. Very quick service, even for the three hot subs. The inside of this store is about the size of most takeout first stores. Just enough seating for about a dozen or so couples and a few larger tables. I would recommend Jersey Mike's in general and I don't think you can go wrong with this store. Prices may be a bit higher than the other sub stores, but the products are not comparable one sub to one sub. So don't worry about it and eat like Mike.
