Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

My second time at a RR and my daughters 1st. The experience did NOT disappoint. I am huge on customer service and Amanda was fabulous! She recommended the onion rings and they were delicious. My food was hot just the way food should be served and she was on top of the bottomless refills on my lemonades and our sides. I tipped her a second time she was so good. Thanks RR in Hershey for continuing the great day we had on Tuesday 4/16 visiting your location

Fantastic service, and delicious food. Even being slammed with a group of 40 at the same time, we got our food and drinks in good time. Also bottomless rootbeer floats. That alone is just awesome

What a wonderful surprise. Our first time eating at a Red Robin and we had a yummy dinner (2 entrees), with appetizer. Some items on the menu are unlimited, like coleslaw, fries, salad, root beer float, various cream sodas, soft drinks, etc. That's my kind of menu! Portions are very generous. Our server, Sarah, was wonderful. Attentive to our needs and checked in on us at the appropriate times. Perfect! Too bad we don't have any Red Robin restaurants in NY ☹️
