Hidden Still Spirits

Food selection is phenomenal and the result from my first visit was excellent. I also really like the overall atmosphere and decor inside - very modern and clean.

The tomato bisque was outstanding (perfectly spiced in my opinion) and I enjoyed my somewhat unique salad.

I also ordered the veggie burger - I was expecting a literal "sweet potato" bun but it came out with a standard bready burger bun, which I assume is made with sweet potatoes? Not sure on that but I had to remove the top bun because I thought it was too bread-y. With that said it was very tasty!

One person in our party wasn't a huge fan of their drink (I believe the ginger pony). The ribs got excellent reviews as well as the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. It really is hard to go wrong with the menu! I will absolutely be back.

I've been here twice. Caveat... I've only had dessert on one of those occasions, which was detectable. I like the atmosphere. It's got a rustic, classy vibe which means you can dress up or dress down and you fit right in. More importantly, the cocktails are amazing! I'm sure the food is, as well, so I'll have to come back!

First time there. I liked the layout and ambience. The menu looked great. The service was friendly and attentive. However, I made a mistake ordering the Shrimp Po-Boy sandwich. Breaded shrimp were tiny and appeared to be store-bought from the freezer section. I'll definitely go again though and try something different.

Great experience for dining. It was a little busy at 8 o’clock at night but it only took about 20 minutes to get a table. Every single member of the staff was on point friendly and very knowledgeable. The Brussels sprouts were great. Meatloaf was moist and the sauce was incredible. Tuna nachos were so amazing please try them. Price for the signature drinks were a little high but we enjoyed them at least

Service was excellent. From the hostesses to the waitstaff, everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Though there was a 30-40 minute wait, there is plenty of room at the bar or in the waiting area to wait for a table. The appetizers, we had the Still Fries, were excellent. The signature cocktails were also a hit. It did take a bit for me to read through the ingredients/recipes to determine what spirits exactly were native to the distillery. Better branding might need to be considered. Fir our main course, my wife had the pulled pork sandwich and enjoyed it. I wish I could have said the same about my elk burger. I will say it was very juicy, probably because it was under done. Also, if you like blue cheese, that's all you can taste. The blue cheese overpowers the onions, mushrooms, bacon jam, and of course the elk. I have a sneaky suspicion they forgot to put the house steak sauce on it, too. I will, however give the kitchen the benefit of the doubt due to only being the second or so week in business and because it was super busy. I'll have to give them another shot, down the road.
