Great service despite being wall to wall with people and a full waiting area. They turned tables efficiently, kept up with our needs at the table and provided great tasting food.
Will absolutely come again.
Stopped in for our Palmyra '71 monthly gathering. It was ok, just had coffee, waitress was funny and friendly. Good time. My only complaint is I hear the waitresses don't always get the tips you leave for them, if it true, that's really wrong.... ????
Amazing!! I took 4 of my girls for Breakfast and we had it was Fabulous! Our waitress Kim was courteous, efficient, and so sweet! We all left full and happy! Thank you
Breakfast oriented restaurants are by far my favorite. I was delighted to find a Bob Evans near the hotel I was staying at during my holiday visit.
The location was clean and inviting. The size is perfect; giving enough room to feel comfortable sitting at a table even during peak hours. Which is definitely a perk, considering most similar locations do not pay attention to this detail. As a result, feel free to have conversations with your peers as you won't be struggling to hear them. (Everyone during my visit was far enough where it seemed impossible to eavesdrop unintentionally.)
Now the food was decent. Nothing really was amazing, but neither was it awful. The Western Omlette is a classic, and you never go wrong with that. I personally enjoy the Border Scramble Omelette when I'm looking for something with a bit more flavor.
Also, for two dollars more, you can add cinnamon biscuits; which is great for sharing with a party of two - three.
For dessert I recommend the Peanut Butter Chocolate Pie slice to finish of your meal as it not overwhelming chocolatey but definitely sweet enough to top your meal off.
This was my family's first visit to Bob Evans. We visited the one in Hershey Pennsylvania. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. We went for breakfast. I had the cinnamon chip pancakes and turkey sausage and scrambled eggs. All were very good and the service was excellent. The restaurant was clean. We were seated as soon as we walked in the door. I will say that the coffee refills were lacking. overall very good choice for breakfast in the Hershey area. I was disappointed that I didn't have the chance to go back and try lunch or dinner which I will do at a different location in the future.
