(July 27, 2019, 1:06 am)First timers - it was almost closing time and the customer service was still on point! Was in the mood for some good Spanish Food and heard this was the spot to go.
It was clean, very welcoming and even though they were closing up, the food didn't didn't look or smell like it was end of the day food.
My chicken was delicious, rice on point and the Flan and Tres Leches were gobbled up soon as I walked in the door.
We will definitely be back! -

(March 9, 2019, 11:50 am)We were driving by when we noticed the Rice & Beans Diner, Harrisburg. My husband, children and I love the food here. We order from them all the time now. Good prices as well. Food is delicious.
