If I could, I'd give them a ten. I can't imagine anyone rating them less than at least a 4. Maybe they had a bad day. Maybe one of their own hairs made it into their food. Who knows.
So, they run out of fresh rolls once in a while. No big deal. Nobody can predict how many will be needed. It's the chance you take when fresh rolls are used. Their Rocky is the best Italian style sub I've had within a couple hundred miles of here and their online ordering is the easiest one to navigate, choose and pay. My Wife loves the Philly subs. The work area is always clean and uncluttered and service has always been friendly for our last 100 sub orders. So, give 'em a break when one of their employees has an off-day. Just like you, they are only human. Pretty darn well-oiled machine there if you ask me. I'll be back again tomorrow for another Rocky #7. P.S. Try the Birch beer. Good stuff.

One of my favorite subject shops! I love the unique subs creations and the fresh bread delivered from Philly daily. My personal favorite is the Yada Yada. Get there early, because once they're out of bread they close down for the day. Highly recommend the online ordering to reserve your sandwich.

Great selection of subs and sandwiches at a reasonable price. They know how to make a sub. Not much parking though.
