Panera Bread

Food is great and the service also the only thing that I 100% do not like is that they put your food on the top of the counter b4 ur bell ring and 9 times out of 10 u have people standing in front of the food talking to each other or talking to the workers on the other side of the counter so that being said I don't like anyone but myself breathing over my food hopefully someone will see this from Panera n change how they store the food until you go get it or they can even deliver it to your table shoot I think we pay enough for full service lol

Just visited. Love the bread soup bowls. First visits can be a bit intimidating as the menu is filled with great deli soups and sandwiches and alternative beverages. Definitely give them a try. I suggest going for your first visit off hours -- ie. 11:30a before lunch or after lunch -- 1:30pm. Going off-hours will allow you time when the servers have time to answer any of your questions.

You can also get fresh baked bread, cookies and other goodies.

I love going here. Looking forward to a return visit. Feels like a place in Charlotte that I enjoyed visiting.

From customer perspective management was awesome! I ordered two sandwiches this afternoon on mobile but only received one at pickup. When a manager saw I didn’t get the entire order she quickly had someone make me the other sandwich on the spot. Very thankful for the time saved!
