Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

A large group of us went to celebrate after a HACC graduation last night. The server was kind, attentive and great the whole way around. Hats off to culinary, all of the food was delicious!!! They never rushed us, not once, everyone made us feel right at home. Thank you so much!!!

Waitress was very nice but apparently new, we had to ask for napkins & silverware. She did not write anything down & the order was incorrect. Food came out quick, it was pretty good.

Visited for a late dinner on a Wednesday night. The place was pretty dead and we were seated immediately. What I noticed right off the bat was that the high-school aged staff was goofing off with each other. No biggie but was hoping it didn't effect service. Well...it did. Our server finally came over to our table after waiting about 10 minutes. We ordered our drinks. When she delivered our drinks were ordered an appetizer (nachos) and we both ordered burgers. It took a while to get the app, which I thought was unusual since they weren't busy. Sure enough, they were COLD. Meaning they were sitting out somewhere. Burgers came shortly after, while we were still eating the app, which is one of my pet peeves of eating out. Burgers were decent. Based on service, I rated 3 stars.
