Have been coming to this little hidden gem for a little over a year now, and have tried everything on their menu. They serve the classics on the regular, including the most mouth watering ribs in central PA (with a side of their incredible mac & cheese, of course). If the regular dishes aren't enough, these guys also go out of their way to craft specials most Thursdays-Fridays, which are always delicious and refreshing to try. The specials are always inventive, delicious, and usually made with some sort of locally sourced ingredients. I find myself on their Facebook page most Thursday mornings to see what new special they've made for the week, and often find myself there hours later, having been convinced by the mouth watering picture and description. Every time I have friends or family visit me from out of state, they always want me to bring them here. And who would I be to deny them some incredible bbq? If you haven't tried this place yet, I highly recommend you do!

This is a legit great bbq place. Briscut is nicely done, slow smoked. The briscut had a nice bark to it that was smokey and salty, perfect with a bit of slaw on top or on the side. No crock-pot bbq here. Chicken was flavorful and moist. Sides were fine. Overall an incredible place. Located next to a good brewery. A fine way to kill a Sunday afternoon!

For all those people that say you cant get good BBQ unless you go to Texas or Missouri or the Carolinas, you need to get your butts down to Nomad and try their amazing food. Brisket, chicken on a stick, mac and cheese, ribs, baked beans...all out of this world. One other bonus is the down to earth awesome people owning/working there. Trust me, try it and you won't be disappointed

Eating here today makes me regret giving other restaurants 5 stars. Their BBQ is that good. Anyone that has every tried to smoke a brisket before knows how unbelievably difficult it is. I've had brisket all over the country and this might be the best I've ever had. Tender. Tasty. Not too much salt or pepper. Trimmed properly so there is enough fat to be tasty, but not too much. It's as close to perfect as I've ever had.

If I have any suggestions it might be to see if can get a few picnic tables in front of the truck so you can sit and eat there. And consider selling meat by the pound. I took the brisket out of the sandwich, despite how good the bread was.

Very good brisket, melts away deliciously. Seasoned very well, has no bbq sauce which isn't a bad thing, thats how good it is! They are pretty pricey though for a food truck though I do understand why. Brisket sandwich without a side is $10 i also got a blondie brownie that was $3, basically a chocolate chip cookie bar. I shall return since its close to my house.
