    Food was good, took a long time to come up but at least the food was good. There isn't really much parking. The restaurant could look a little better.

    Good food, good prices. Great specials! No fancy store front or decor, and definitely not the nicest area, but well worth the visit - if you're not from nearby and worried about it, order delivery.

    I went once and when I got the pizza I was so surprise on how delicious the pizza is who ever lives in 24th upland st Chester pa go to Harry's pizza express it is awesome

    Food is pretty good but if you want there food make sure you have it delivered. If your feeling lucky you can go there but trust me when i tell you Harrys is not in the best of hoods. So bring just enough money for your order because there is a good chance you will be robed before your can make through the door
