KFC

This establishment has a drive-in window but I chose to go into the restaurant to make my purchase. I went at night and the establishment was not too busy. Customer service was great. The young man who waited on me was patient and efficient. My food order was perfect! This KFC is a keeper!

The place was either extremely busy or the employees weren't in their best form or some combination of the 2.
Several of us costomer had a wait time close to 10 minutes (though it felt longer).
In my case, I ordered a 3-piece chicken combo. When my order number was called, I was 1st informed that they only had drumsticks in original. When I said to give me that, I was then told that the drumsticks were in crunchy & that there was no dark meat in original. So I said give me 3 pieces of whatever was in original. After that there were no other problems.
