I really liked this place in the beginning. It was new, interesting, and was the place to go. There sandwiches are really good but it’s a hit and miss. So, sorry but I will not take any more chances. My family and I are done. The meat is good and so is the bread. The food is just not consistent. The sandwich I had last week was not as good as the last one. My bread was wet and soggy. Plus I felt like the meet was not cooked all the way through. I ended up throwing it away. The wait times are insane. I have waited up to an hour for sandwiches. My daughter waited an hour just for an one order of pancakes. They must not have the right equipment to meet the demand of their menu. It takes no sense. It’s a bunch of kids in there having a slumber party. It take time to get noticed and to receive good customer service. Now that the hype has died down, I am back to joes pizza. Their meat and bread may not be as good as Delco steaks but there food is consistent, takes about 20 minutes, and it’s a hit and run from the time I walk in and out with them knowing my name and order as soon as I walk in. Sorry Delco. You need more time to work out your kinks. Process flow your orders and manage your wait times better. This is a service industry. Your not making the cut. Especially, if you want to include a pizza place right around the corner. The music is nice but I am not crazy about all that promotion the owners are doing. Save it for a great place like the splash pool where people can enjoy it and not at West Chester pike where the car in front of me is slowing down to see whats going...
I think I saw one of the owners screaming like he was a kid on Facebook. It’s actually quite funny. I gave it starts due to the quality of the meat and bread. That part was well thought out. Good luck to you guys. You need it.

This could be the best cheesesteak in all the land. I am perplexed. I had guest eater Pat Murphy with me and we were eating our cheesesteaks under an overpass on 476 because there was a rainstorm and we couldn't go anywhere due to COVID-19. It was hard to focus but I do remember thinking that the mushrooms and the cheese were getting lost in the cheesesteak. I did get Cooper Sharp and expected a whole lot more taste from the cheese so it could just be high expectations. There will be more trips to Delco Steaks to really put this Cheesesteak to the test. We'll leave it at a 93 right now but see where it goes. Very good Cheesesteak experience.

Cheesesteaks are absolutely incredible. Combination of the seeded roll and the quantity of meat/cheese. Employees are great as well. In addition to the food, they recently ran a promotion that provides free cheesesteaks to people in medical profession. Keep up the great work.

Without a doubt this is the best Cheesesteak in Delaware County and quite possibly is the best in the Philadelphia area. I put them up on the same level as Tony Luke’s and Gooey Looies! They totally blow away Jim’s, Pat’s and Gino’s! All they need is a sign so that you don’t drive past them three times while trying to find it (right across the street from “The Country Squire” in a nondescript plain white building).
