Like other reviewers said, the food here is good and the people working here are lovely.

I also wanted to add that, while they sell their dessert items in plastic clamshells, their larger to-go containers seem to be very eco-friendly! That is something I really appreciate.

This hole-in-the-wall restaurant at the west end of town features counter-service, bright and vibrant decor, clean and fresh facilities, and charm in spades.

Their Pita Sandwiches are approachable for anyone, with a wide variety of protein options. I had the Kebab Pita, and the ground meat was seasoned brilliantly, with just a hint of spice. My spouse had the Beef & Lamb Platter (traditional gyro meat) and the B&L was the best tasting gyro meat I have ever had. It was not greasy. The side salad was simple iceberg and a touch of green leaf lettuce with whole olives and huge chunks of feta.

A simple, yet sufficient children's menu is affordable and satisfying for a 2 and 4 year old, leaving us with leftovers. The kid's meals came with a dessert and a toy to boot! The owners were charming and attentive, and we had the feeling we wanted to stay all day.

What's missing? Fountain drinks would be a nice touch. This location has only the one restroom and only one high chair.

Bottom line: We highly recommend it, and we will be going back.

This place was fantastic! The food was fresh the service was above and beyond excellent. So yourself a favor and order a side of tzatziki sauce to dip your fries in. And they have amazing baklava too. Don't miss this place on your next trip to state street.

Stopped in for lunch, Everything had that fresh taste fresh vegetables and herbs. I loved the pita. The skewers we're really good but not my favorite. We also tried the cookies and baklava. Both very delicious. I really have nothing bad to say.

The staff was all kind and attentive. They came to our table to make sure we were happy. Every person told us to have a wonderful day and thanked us for coming. They even gave complimentary rice pudding! I would definitely recommend this place to my friends

The best Food I have had in a while, driving around with my wife and kids hungry but without an appetite, you know when your thinking man, nothing sounds good. I don’t want to eat something that won’t make me feel good after. Then we found this Jewel! The food is amazing, I feel great after! My 3 kids loved the food, they have a ton of options for anyone and any diet! On top of that the service was amazing, very welcoming and lovely people!
