So, so delicious! Fish and chips were superb and on a par with the best I’ve had in the UK. The batter was light and crisp and the fish was mild and tender. I had to make a stop on the way home and was concerned it might become sodden with oil as it sat. But NO - a quick reheat in a hot oven and it was wonderful. Glad to have them in Media.
Love to see young entrepreneurs working hard and filling a niche in the community. OUTSTANDING food, well worth trying. Like anything new that takes off like this one, they need your support as they grow, but if you’re waiting in a long line or they’re out of something, please be patient as they learn what works.
Ordered out for dinner, and the food was phenomenal. The meat pie was rich, buttery, moist and delicious. My husband had the bangers and mash which were also excellent.
Above all else, the sticky toffee pudding was OUT OF THIS WORLD. If someone offered me an entire tray and dared me to polish it off, I’d reply, “challenge accepted” and happily oblige. It was that good.
Fabulous addition to Media’s restaurant rotation. Will definitely be back often!
Stopped in and ordered the fish and chips and the sausage rolls. Everything was delicious and I am super excited. Fish and chips is my standard order most places, and I am excited to have a place that does it fresh right here in town. I dipped some of the fries in Mayo, it felt too elegant to slop with ketchup. In the rotation.
Ordered take out for lunch today. The meat pie was incredibly flavorful. Even the pie pastry was infused with flavor. I will definitely be back for more. Tip: allow for cooking time. They make their fries ("chips") fresh to order and they double-fry them in the traditional British manner.
